Terms of use
Effective from 27 October 2026.
These are the terms for using CapSight, a product of HireSense.ai Private Limited.
What CapSight is
CapSight is a research platform about global capability centres (GCCs) in India: companies, hiring demand, talent, pay and locations.
What it shows is information to support your own decisions, not advice. Figures come from several datasets with their own coverage; some are estimates and are marked as such, and pay figures are benchmark estimates, not observed salaries. Answers from Ask CapSight can be wrong and should be checked against the figures behind them.
Accounts and organisations
CapSight is for business use. To open an account you must be 18 or over and be acting for an organisation.
An account belongs to an organisation. Each organisation has one administrator, who manages its members and buys credits for it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.
Credits and reports
Reports are produced with credits, which an organisation's administrator buys in packs and allocates. Chat answers from Ask CapSight do not use credits. Payments are processed by a payment processor.
Payments are taken for HireSense.ai Private Limited, GSTIN 29AAHCH8639L1ZS.
Credits are managed offline. For any issue with credits, whether a purchase, a balance or an invoice, write to capsight@hiresense.ai and we handle it case by case.
Using the product
You may use CapSight for your organisation's own business. You must not scrape or copy its data in bulk, resell or redistribute the data, or share one login between several people. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Product analytics
Product analytics, as described in the Privacy policy, is part of the service. By using the signed-in app you accept it.
Ownership of the content
HireSense.ai Private Limited owns the CapSight platform and the data in it. An organisation may use a report it has paid for within its own organisation.
Warranties and liability
CapSight, including the website, signed-in product, market and company views, contacts directory, reports, Ask CapSight answers, and any AI-generated or modelled content, is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
Information on CapSight is for general business and talent-intelligence use. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, HR, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to hire, relocate, open a centre, buy credits, or take any other action. Data, rankings, pay figures, forecasts, and AI outputs may be incomplete, out of date, modelled, or wrong. You must verify material facts and use your own judgement before relying on anything in the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service, or any particular result from use of CapSight.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapSight and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of CapSight, even if we were told such loss was possible.
Subject to mandatory law that cannot be limited, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or CapSight in any twelve-month period will not exceed the fees you actually paid us for CapSight in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have paid nothing, ₹1,000). Multiple claims do not increase this limit. Some places do not allow certain exclusions; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
Ending your use
The administrator of an organisation can close its account. What happens to an account's data after it is closed follows the periods under How long we keep it in the Privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. The courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
This version takes effect on 27 October 2026, the day CapSight goes live. When it changes, we will say so on this page and tell the administrator of each organisation.
